Ph.D. degree in biochemistry, analytical chemistry or related fields Fluent in both verbal and written English Over 10 years of industrial experience in analytical science Good track record of scientific contributions in analytical science Excellent oral and written communication skills Leadership experience Over 10 years of industrial experience in analytical science Good track record of scientific contributions in analytical science Excellent oral and written communication skills Leadership experience PhD in life science English, Mandarin 18+ year pharmaceutical industry experience, including experience related to business development, partnerships licensing and transactions; familiar with drug discovery and development processes, deep scientific and drug R&D knowledge, strong interpersonal, communications skills, and leadership skills , and ability to lead and execute effectively in a dynamic environment with high accountability. Experience working in global environment is preferred. 18+ year pharmaceutical industry experience, including experience related to business development, partnerships licensing and transactions; familiar with drug discovery and development processes, deep scientific and drug R&D knowledge, strong interpersonal, communications skills, and leadership skills , and ability to lead and execute effectively in a dynamic environment with high accountability.
