Job Description:
Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders.
Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment and clinical programs
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience) or graduate of a Doctor of Pharmacy Program required.
• Postgraduate residency/fellowship in neonatology or pediatrics required (prior experience considered).
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience) or graduate of a Doctor of Pharmacy Program required.
