Regional Sales Manager - Bhopal (pharma)

Ensuring 100% budget achievement (Therapy wise/Product wise/Brand wise) with the utilisation of manpower available, product promotion. Managing Distribution network. Effective sales planning by team management, distribution, manage products, identify specific, key sales opportunities for the company. Maintaining relations with existing and potential doctors & hospitals for continuous business from them and extend high-value added support both pre-sales and post sales. To ensure effective customers coverage by the team through joint working in all the territories. Handling a team of DSMs & MRs. New Product Launch. Formulate budgets & make sure that achievements product wise & territory wise. Controlling & monitoring sales. Look after overall development of assigned region. Planning & management of promotional strategies. Provide continuous training to field force to generate sales. Implement product campaigns through the team & evaluate the success on monthly basis on execution effective utilization of promotion tools etc. Ensure consistent growth of market, control on attrition, training and recruitment, organizing meeting, forecasting, budgeting, C&F control
