Role Overview
Responsible for driving marketing function in International Business franchise in a manner consistent with the CREDO, company policy and goals, and in line with strategic objectives of all franchises within J&J Medical. Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing marketing charter and operationalizing the same in collaboration with sales teams across markets. The role will include developing pricing strategies across markets and portfolios. The incumbent will also need to collaborate with mother franchises to develop domain knowledge and deploy market-based strategies/campaigns/action plans. He/she will develop and implement sales & marketing objectives, strategies and initiatives in line with strategic business plans. He/she will be responsible for 100% conformance to all company processes and policies. He/she shall possess in-depth knowledge for the products responsible and also have a good understanding of other J&J products and service offerings. He/she will be responsible for uncovering customer's needs and initiate appropriate interventions based on competitive and market trends. He/she will work to develop long-term positive customer relationships aimed at fulfilling customer expectations and build loyalty and confidence in J&J Medical as a preferred partner.
Role Description:
• Develop and deploy marketing charter for IB
• Collaborate and support sales teams in tactical action plans in IB markets
• Learn GSG-wide product portfolio and strategies in a quick 30-45 days period. Requires science/engineering/biomedical/medical background to effectively learn product, procedures and anatomy
• Understand customer needs and market potential, and set direction, strategies and plans to expand market and realize market potential.
• Work with all levels of customer management, developing long-term positive customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction
• Forecasting using market inputs and statistical data in collaboration with sales team and supply chain
• Pricing strategy and tactical plans in collaboration with sales team and finance functions
• Collaborate and action regulatory strategies in IB markets. Proactively look at shaping policy, Government Affairs and regulatory environment in IB markets
• Change Leadership – demonstrated ability to lead change, look at innovative business models to deliver value to customers
• Manage TPI/compliance process and expand the network as needed to meet customer needs
• The role requires 50% travel to IB markets on a monthly basis

• Post-graduation Degree in Business Management from premier institutes required
• Candidates with experience in Wound Closure, Minimal Invasive Surgery, Staplers, Energy Devices, Capital equipment including Sterilization products will be an advantage.
