Educational Qualification
1. Passed intermediate with science from UP Secondary board or equivalent
2. Must have two years homoeopathy pharmacy and 3 months training in homoeopathy from government recognised institute

Application Fee
Application Fee for Gen/ OBC contenders is Rs.160/-
SC/ST is Rs.70/-
Candidates that the prescribed fee can be paid only through credit card / debit card / internet banking or SBI e-challan. Fees can not be paid through any other mode. General Instruction
1) Any candidate can be misconstrued in his application, on whose basis the certificate is given, given the Commission's questioning examination and all other examinations and challans can be contested.
2) Only the date of birth recorded in the high school or equivalent examination certificate will be valid. No other record will be valid except for the above certificate for birth date
3) In the confirmation of age and academic qualification certificate, certificate should be presented on demand for a complete copy of Self verified degree
4) Instructions regarding the date, time and center etc. of the examination will be given along with the serial number.

5) The candidates who will not be able to get their results in time will be canceled and the decision of the Commission will be final in this regard.
The last date for depositing the application fee relative to the above advertisement is 18-03-2019. No application / fee will be accepted after this date. The applicant can not print out his application until his fee is adjusted by the bank. Fees adjustment from the applicant's bank should be made mandatory within one week from 18-03-2019 i.e. 25-03-2019. Candidates can also amendment their applications in this period.
