PROFESSOR
i. Essential :
1. A basic degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm.) with first class.
2. Registration as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, as amended from time to time, including any succeeding enactments.
3. A Ph.D. Degree with First Class at Bachelor’s with Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy recognized by PCI.
4. Ten years experience in teaching in PCI approved / recognized pharmacy college, research, industry and / or profession of which 5 years must be at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent grade;
5. Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals. Published work may also include such as Books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy Project, Patent filed.
Desirable :
1. Teaching, industrial research and / or professional experience in a reputed organization;
2. Published work, such as research papers, patents filed / obtained, books, and / or technical reports;
3. Experience of guiding the project work, dissertation of post graduate or research students or supervising R & D projects in industry;
4. Demonstrated leadership in planning and organizing academic, research, industrial and / or professional activities; and
5. Capacity to undertake / lead sponsored R & D, consultancy and related activities.
ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR
i. Essential :
1. A basic degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) with first class.
2. Registration as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, as amended from time to time, including any succeeding enactments.
3. First Class at Bachelor’s with Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy.
4. Three years experience in teaching in PCI approved / recognized pharmacy college, research, industry and / or profession at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent grade;
Desirable :
1. A Ph.D. Degree
2. Teaching, research industrial and / or professional experience in a reputed organization;
3. Published work, such as research papers, patents filed / obtained, books and / or technical reports ; and
4. Experience of guiding the projects work, dissertation of post graduate or research students or supervising R & D projects in industry.
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Essential :
1. A First Class degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) with Master’s Degree in appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy.
2. Registration as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, as amended from time to time, including any succeeding enactments.
ii. Desirable :
1. Two years experience in teaching in PCI approved / recognized pharmacy college, research industrial and / or professional experience in a reputed organization
2. Papers presented at Conferences and / or in referred journals.
