Job Description
• To lead, recruit, coach, develop, monitor, measure and manage a team of First Line Managers (FLM) to enhance their capabilities so the FLM’s can manage a team of SS/ MR/ AHE to deliver the assigned social and commercial objectives and build Arogya Parivar’s long term social and business goals. Manage West Zone.
• Regional sales achievement v/s Target Commercial & Social
• Team Call average and coverage
• Number of FLMs & SS/MR/AHE achieving Targets
• High Performers Retained / Low performers improved / managed out
• Timely submission of monthly & others report
• Successful Implementation of Marketing strategies in the area as per norms
• Number of FLMs & SS/MR/AHE achieving On line reporting norms
• Support to the Head Sales and Marketing on designing marketing strategies
• Adhering to Novartis Values & Behaviour
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science – preferable B. Pharm. English and other local language
• Min 6 years of experience as FLM Role or Min 2 years’ experience in SLM role in pharmaceutical industry
