Description:
The Training Manager will be responsible for building capability of Field Force and cross functional team collaboration. Building coaching culture on and off the job, building coaching capability of Front Line Managers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Building Capability of Field Force
• Build coaching capability of FLM (Front Line Manager)
• Design, develop and deliver customized training based on TNI
• Build digital capability of field force FuE (Follow Up Email)
• Ensuring execution excellence of strategy
• Drive AAI behaviours in field force
Candidate Profile
• Candidate should have minimum 6-8 years training experience
• Domain knowledge of pharma Industry
• Preferably having an MBA or diploma in training or relevant
