• Brief and trains the sales force at quarterly meeting for new products
• Sample and promotion planning that includes preparation of Annual Plan along with cyclic Allocation of each cycle
• New product launch that includes preparation of trade allocation and six monthly panning
• Brand management and Market Research that includes Quarterly Sale analysis of allotted Brands.
