Job Description:
- A minimum of M.Pharm or chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology background & 5-10 yrs of exp in a customer testing laboratory.
- Excellent technical & scientific skills.
- Good verbal and communication skills & Good Team Player
- Responsibilities ensure successful operations of projects by providing technical help & ensuring the projects are completed on time.
- Monitor that proper procedures are followed for sample reception & storage
- Assign projects to various teams & ensure that project meet deadline & results are accurate
- Ensuring that personnel are following guidelines such as up to date SOPsTrouble shooting / co-ordinating with vendors for instrument maintenance,cali bration,training of hardware & software
- Ensuring analyst are recording breakdowns in lab note books
- Entering appropriate content into LIMS platform to obtain sample labels,work order,work sheets & reports,client profiles
- Print & send acknowledgement of samples to client & responsible to ensure client methods are available & followed.
- Communicate results to client in appropriate format.Communicate cost per sample analysis to billing department, BDM
- Ensure analyst are filing work orders/correspondence & other related information in appropriate filing cabinets.
- Follow and ensure all lab personal are following Lab SOPs,GLP protocols,company Lab policies. Work in co-ordination with admin.
