Scope of Conference
Pharmacovigilance is the science and activities relating to the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of adverse effects of drugs or any other possible drug-related problems. The purpose of pharmacovigilance is to detect, assess and understand and to prevent the adverse effects or any other possible drug- related problems, which are not only confined to chemical drug, but extended to herbal, traditional and complementary medicines, biological, vaccines, blood products, radiopharmaceuticals and medical devices. Several problems relate to the way in which herbal medicines are named, perceived, sourced and utilized. The field of Pharmacovigilance is growing rapidly and its development is making tremendous impacts in medical sciences and pharmaceuticals. The conference shall emphasizes on recent advances in

Innovation is related to, but not the same as, invention, as innovation is more apt to involve the practical implementation of an invention to make a meaningful impact in the market or society, and not all innovations require an invention. Innovation often manifests itself via the engineering process, when the problem being solved is of a technical or scientific nature. While a novel device is often described as an innovation, in economics, management science, and other fields of practice and analysis, innovation is generally considered to be the result of a process that brings together various novel ideas in such a way that they affect society

Eligibility: All the students of pharmacy and cosmetic science disciplines.
Papers are invited in the following areas of Cosmetic sciences:

• Novel / Nano technologies in developing cosmetics preparations
• Strategies in scale up of cosmeceuti'cals
• Regulatory aspects of cosmetic preparations
• Any other content related to cosmetic sciences

The abstract representing original research / review work are invited. The paper must be of original contribution that has not been published previously or not under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.
Abstract can be submitted via email to dopsvdu.scientific@gmail.com on or before 1st April, 2019. The guidelines for abstract as well as poster are available on our website. All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee and intimation of the acceptance will be sent to the presenting author through email by 3rd April, 2019. It is compulsory for presenting author to register themselves for the seminar on receiving the acceptance mail.

For abstract and poster guidelines, please refer the web site: (sumandeepvidvapeethdu.edu.in/pharmacy/) No separate abstract is required to submit for oral presentation. The scientific review committee will select abstract for the oral presentation from the received abstracts.
